I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation for Gava D’s BBQ and Elliot Miklich. We hosted a party recently for about 30 friends and co-workers. We hired Gava D’s to provide smoked ribs, rib tips, cole slaw, pulled pork, moink balls (my personal favorite), and jalapeno poppers. The food arrived on time in the quantity specified and was a huge hit with our guests. The ribs and pulled pork were simply amazing! We had several guests inquiring about our caterer. I have never seen people eat so much!

I had such an amazing experience using this company for our “Housewarming Party.” The food was phenomenal, the presentation was clean, neat and beautiful, The food was ready on time and i must say that it was by far the best BBQ that I have ever tasted. We had a backyard birthday party catered by Gava D’s. What a wonderful treat! Our guests were very impressed with the buffet that Elliot and his team set up, but the food knocked their socks off! Amazing chicken, beef and pork…even the sides were delicious. We had beans and slaw which were outstanding. Everything was cooked to perfection and very delicious. I would love to get my hands on his sauce recipes, too. It’s like “love” in a bottle…YUMMY! Thank you for making our party such a brilliant success!!!

I planned a surprise party for my husband and hired Gava D’s BBQ to cater the party. I told Elliot that I had no idea what kind of food we should have and asked him for his suggestions on “Man food” he suggested Chicken, Tri-tip, Beans, Slaw, and rolls, and wow was he right! His set up, and presentation was awesome and the food was to DIE for! The party was back in June and people still talk about how good the food was to this day. I will defiantly be using Gava D’s for every event I have in the future and I recommend them to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Elliot & Gava D’s catered my daughter’s 5th birthday party and I could not have possibly been more satisfied. After years of throwing these massive parties and bearing all the burden of preparing food for upwards of 50 people, I am so happy I found them. Everything was hot, tasty, and cooked to perfection. They took away all the mess and stress of meal planning for a large party and provided enough food to feed everyone twice (we literally had friends calling the next day asking to come over and help with leftovers because they couldn’t get the amzing food off their minds). Their homemade Honey Habanero bbq sauce and slaw sauce are amazing and I cant say enough about their baked beans. Then there is the meat- I’ve never met someone so informed and passionate about their bbq-ing as Elliot is. He has mastered the art of BBQ and will be our go to caterer for years to come.

Just had them cater my grandmas 80th birthday party and it was AMAZING! Even my picky 7 year old wanted seconds. The meat was sooo tasty! And the peach cobbler was too die for. Best of all it was safe for my cousin who has a severe peanut allergy.

He was so helpful, easy to work with, prices are very very reasonable for both the amount and quality of food that we received. We were so happy with our catering service and got SO many compliments from our guests, even after the wedding! I would highly recommend him for any event!
